  Scam company. Bought cooker and did not receive. They offered a replacement or refund. Never got the refund and when trying to get a replacement I am getting nothing. They are extremely hard to contact. Ive been trying for over 2 months (currently) with no responses. $500 down the drain. Recommend avoiding this place.

  We didnt receive rice cooker and they blame its our fault. Now i lost near $500 of money and im crying. Do not buy from here, this is very sketchy business.

  We just serviced our 6yr old rice cooker. Dropped it off and done within an hour. Technician was responsive and professional. Make sure call them before you go. Cuchen america was located inside of Seoul trading company. Call them up when you get there. Someone will come out to the entrance.
