  bought windows and doors for the entire 5000 sq ft house....spent many thousands of dollars.......had an issue with one of the locking mechanisms on one of their french doors......Bill who heads the customer service department kept promising he would deal with it and kept making appointments to send someone to look at the manufacturing but no one ever shows up......they have problems with their phone system when you try to call........they pay lip service to standing behind their product but just ignore repeated calls from customers who've already paid for their product........shame on them for providing the worst customer service on earth....I would never buy from them again.

  Under no circumstances would I recommend this window company!!!!!.<br>After many months of trying to get a warranty claim addressed , the service that was rendered was<br>unacceptable at best. .........The product that was installed as a replacement was defective...there appeared to be hesitation as to replacing the replacement....which was eventually replaced.....the second replacement , although better than first replacement is not 100% to my satisfaction. I am<br>frustrated beyond reason with the whole experience and will not lose any more time from work trying to rectify the situation.....

  Absolutely unacceptable! I can't comment on their work because after leaving two message to have glass replaced in two windows,I never got a return call. This was two days ago and still have not heard back.<br>Totally rude!<br>A call from them now would be futile. I would never recommend them to anyone.<br>Mrs. Henecker

  Unfortunately the service/ repair department was closed when you left this message on Saturday. Service and repair is closed every weekend, we are sorry we could not respond to you. You posted this review on a Monday morning and your message for us two days earlier, on a Saturday met voicemail as the repair department is closed. Our service and repair department is open Monday through Friday. We provide in home appointments for window and door replacement by appointment Monday through Saturday a

  33 windows in my home replaced about 4 years ago. Absolutely no trouble at all and easy to clean.

  Installed their windows for whole house. Windows are OK for the price, cannot say anything as they are new. Installation was absolutely nightmare, ruined sheetrock around windows, left cracks on trim, everything look ugly now. I may need to spend couple more grands to fix what they broke. So, if anyone wants to use their windows make sure you hire your own trusted installer. NEVER EVER use their services.
