Evoli's Pizza serves an absolute masterpiece of a grandma pie that redefines what square slice perfection should taste like. The Grandma Pie is Legendary. The crust is perfectly fluffy and chewy, giving you that amazing soft bite with a wonderful golden crisp on the bottom. The perfect ratio of rich tomato sauce, melted cheese and cupped pepperoni that never overwhelms the palate. Every single square tastes like pure, authentic comfort food made with real passion. As this very review is being typed out, I am genuinely sitting here salivating just thinking about the warm, aromatic slice of heaven coming out of their oven. If you have not tried Evoli Pizzeria yet, you are missing out on some of the best pie around.

The pizza is decent, but it's hard to justify the price for what you get. Everything is sold by the whole pie only, which isn't always convenient, and the limited, somewhat odd hours make it difficult to stop in when you'd actually want pizza.<br><br>Overall, it feels like this place is run more around what's convenient for the owners than what's convenient for customers. There's potential here, but the pricing, business model, and hours make it hard to recommend when there are plenty of other pizzerias that offer better value and a more customer-focused experience.
