I've been bringing my dog here for a long time, but every single visit is a different haircut. There is absolutely no consistency.<br><br>This time was the worst experience yet. They completely ignored the style I wanted and groomed my dog to look like a poodle. It looks terrible. My dog doesn't even resemble the same breed anymore.<br><br>I'm extremely disappointed. I trusted this place because I had been coming here for so long, but after this experience, I won't be coming back. If you care about getting a consistent haircut that matches your instructions, I cannot recommend this groomer. This is by far the worst grooming my dog has ever had. It looks horrible

I have a shi-tsu mix and her hair is kinda curly so its hard to cut. I've going place to place to find good groomer and I am very happy with service and details! I will definitely going back there!
