  I could not find my laundry receipt, the elderly man behind the counter was very upset. I kept on repeating my name but he was not having it. He finally found my items. Even though I did not have my receipt I did remember the cost. He said 25 dollars I did recall it being 20. I asked him to see the receipt he would not allow it, I saw the receipt and I turned it around and it stated<br>$ 20 !!!!! I do not recommend this business because of their unethical practices. I miss my other cleaners next to CVS . So disappointing !!!

  Dear Customer, <br><br>We are so sorry you had a bad experience at our store. I spoke with my husband and he said that you had a sports coat ($15) and a sweater ($10) which is $25. He originally wrote the wrong price on the ticket and he was just citing the price by memory. He was not trying to be dishonest, it was just a misunderstanding. He said he tried explaining this to you. Regardless, he gave you the $20 price to honor the original quote and he apologizes for any confusion or miscommunica

  Best dry cleaner in Bergen County. Reasonable price and fast service. They also do alterations.

  My winter coat got dry cleaned but there were still stains on the edge of sleeves. A little disappointed.

  Hello, if you are ever unsatisfied with the quality of our cleaning or alterations, please let us know. Sometimes, it takes a couple of cleanings to get all the stains out. Feel free to come by again with the coat.

  UPDATE: they found the pants after a week and contacted me, which I appreciate. They charged no fee for the pants.<br><br>- - - - - - - - -<br><br>Wow I really wanted to like this place, but oh boy was I wrong.<br><br>I went last Monday to drop off my husband's three shirts and one pair of pants. Male owner said to pick up Friday, but I didn't have time to go until today (which is following Tuesday).<br><br>He could not locate the pants in his shop, and said he'll look for them again and call me. Later he calls me saying "I remember" you coming to pick up your stuff before (meaning prior to today), but that time only pants were ready and shirts were not so you picked up pants already last time you were here. (Then why did I still have the ticket for the pants). Oh and he told me to go look in my closet for the pants.<br><br>I tried telling him that I can assure you I did not come to pick up anything since last Monday, but he kept insisting that's what he "remembers" giving them to me,
