  Rating this establishment one star solely due to the requirement to do so.<br><br>This facility is deplorable. While they present a facade of concern for patients, only a select few staff members, primarily those on the morning shift, genuinely demonstrate this care. In contrast, the night shift staff are consistently unprofessional and should be subject to medical license revocation. During my extended stay with my grandmother, who spent two and a half months there, I overheard distressing accounts of patients being subjected to inadequate care. Some patients were forced to beg for diaper changes, enduring prolonged periods in soiled diapers. This institution urgently needs to be shut down.

  Never recommend anybody to this facility my father went in in pretty good shape and came out I'm windy up in the hospital again horrible staff does not answer any questions answers or I don't know looking to pad the bill by pharmacies I'm not even in the local area leaving the patient just to sit there and rot in the room I can go on and on but just a warning do not enter!!!!

  After 4 months - this facility was very clean & nursing staff was attentive. Sociability was great and the physical therapy was very thorough. Food could have had more of a selection but overall was ok. Upon leaving the office staff was very helpful making it a smooth transition getting home.

  The staff were helpful and professional. However, I indicated on several occasions my dislike of eggs even to the point of blacking out all egg items on the menu, notifying the wonderful nursing staff who I personally heard contact the kitchen with my complaint. Each day, I received yet some form of egg i.e. boiled, scrambled, Quiche...I asked that I get a different meal only to have that meal replaced with yet another egg dish. I give the dietary staff 1/2 star.

  Short staffed and under educated. The place is beautiful but the staff is horrible and not caring or friendly. Aides are nasty and not helpful to the patient ,if you care about your family member do not send there!!!!!!! The only thing that is good is the look of the facility.
