I went to this dealership to drop off a vehicle and was very disappointed with the experience. I waited over 10 minutes before anyone even came out to assist me.<br><br>When I attempted to hand the vehicle over to the lot employee, he refused to accept it and immediately gave me an attitude. He then brought me over to the manager, Ben. Unfortunately, Ben was not very welcoming or helpful either. While I was trying to explain the situation to Ben, the lot employee repeatedly talked over me, making it difficult to have a professional conversation.<br><br>I understand that the dealership may have been busy, and I was told they were too busy to take care of me at the time. However, being busy does not justify the lack of professionalism or the way I was treated.<br><br>Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I expected a much higher level of professionalism. If possible, I would recommend using another dealership rather than dealing with this location.

Turk is the best. I was in and out in 45 min with a purchase of my new GLE 450. Close to 10% off MSRP. He found the color I wanted and the amenities which suited me best. I looked everywhere and he gave me a better deal than I could find online. A++

We had such a great experience! (which isn't always the case purchasing a new car!) Andrew Franco was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and you can tell he genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with our purchase. We are loving our new Mercedes!

Brandon was polite , was welcoming answers all my concerns, he explained any concern's, he said please come by anytime and he will walk me through the steps of the technology, has communicated multiple time after my purchase to see if everything was working properly and I was happy with my purchase
