  very disappointed! Made appt.explained everything I was asking for even show the owner video pictures.he said they would do.even confirmed the prices!and drive there like 1 hour .when I got there the nail girl didn't understand english at all! trying to translate everything and she offered me totally different one! and totally different price!!!!!! and Very veryyyyy disappointing! and the owner said no service for you! don't even try them! they're lying the about the prices! i would give the salom even 1 star review!

  To begin with, this statement is completely false, and we would like to explain exactly what happened step by step.<br><br>We spoke with you by phone at 6:52 PM on 08/31/2026, when you asked about nail extensions. During that conversation, we specifically asked if you were looking for Gel-X extensions, and you confirmed that this was the service you wanted.   I recently just moved to NJ area and Lina was incredible! She was a was so attentive to detail and my nails look photoshopped. I will definitely be back! Book with Lina!

  So I made an appointment with this business and I cancelled a week before and they never canceled the appointment nor refunded my deposit and called me the day of the cancellation to tell me I have an appointment. A lot of lack of management.<br><br>I have been there multiple times and I had to unfortunately cancel a different appointment because something came up I wrote to them to cancel a Thursday appointment on Monday and the response I got is that I'm not serious and they won't take me as a customer anymore because this is their policy when I researched the website no where on their website is this so called policy when I requested to have it sent to me their response was that it's not in writing.<br><br>The service is so so they one have one experienced nail tech who actually knows how to do the work but charge experienced nail tech prices for all their nail techs. And when you book with Johanna you don't get her you get who ever is available.<br><br>Not a great way to do busines

  To begin with, appointments cannot be repeatedly canceled at the last minute, especially when we could have offered that time slot to another client. When an appointment is reserved, we are turning away other clients who may be looking for the same time.<br><br>Your deposit was not simply kept or ignored; it was applied toward your next appointment, which you then canceled again.   <br><br>I had an amazing experience with Rafelina at JB European Nails! She gave me genuinely one of the best pedicures I've ever had. She was incredibly thorough, professional, attentive, and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. My feet literally feel like I'm walking on pillows!<br><br>You can tell she really takes pride in her work and cares about giving her clients a great experience. If you're coming to JB European Nails, I highly recommend asking for Rafelina. I'll definitely be coming back to her!
