  UPDATE MARCH 2026: GYM IS STILL FREEZING NO HEAT AT ALL<br><br>UPDATE FEBRUARY 2026: GYM IS STILL FREEZING NO HEAT AT ALL<br><br>In New Jersey it's required by law that any building should provide heat from October 1st to May 31st. The owner Juya Cho has denied her members of heat amongst other things. As of January 2026, there is no heat in the gym it's absolutely freezing, no hot water in the showers, floor is absolutely disgusting. I'm confused why we are paying $50 maintenance fee when there is no maintenance whatsoever. The equipment needs serious maintenance and repair. At least half of the treadmills don't work. There are people in the gym wearing winter jackets to work out. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS. How do you advertise this gym as high-end and high-quality when you can't even provide basic amenities. If you're looking for a new gym, DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Everyone at the front desk has quit because Juya does not pay on time and she belittles all her employees. That is why there's n

  THE SHOWERS ARE FREEZING!!! FIX THE FREAKING SHOWERS!!! We pay for this! Beautiful pool and location. The upkeep needs massive improvement. There is little cleaning in recent months (for instance, the floors are filthy and there's been a tissue at the base of one of the shower stalls for a week), the ladies steam room hasn't worked in many weeks, the showers are colder every day. We have complained multiple times, to no avail. It feels like the owner has given up and hasn't been in house at all. No yoga, no Pilates. Would be fantastic if the property was actually run like a real business.

  Thank you for being so candid with your feedback. First and foremost, it is working now. You just have to run it for a bit until it gets warm/hot. <br><br>We also want to sincerely apologize. It is incredibly frustrating to pay for a premium experience and feel like the standards aren't being met, especially when it comes to basic comforts like a hot shower.<br><br>Regarding the water temperature: We hear you, and we agree it is unacceptable.   My daughter has been swimming here for over six months. She was very afraid of becoming a competitive swimmer at first, but now she's ready. She has improved so much, loves the coaches, and truly wants to become a great swimmer. Also, she used to get swimmer's ear a few times at other swimming pools, but she hasn't had any infections here. Thank you.

  My son swims here, and the water is definitely much cleaner than at other pools.<br>When he swam at other pools, he often got ear infections, but since switching to this one, he hasn't had a single one.<br>The swim coaches are excellent as well, and both my son and I are very satisfied.

  4 season swim & gym also known as palisadium swim gym is owned by Juya. She created 4 season to hide the bad reviews of Palisadium swim gym. My wife and kids come here for the pool and gym. The place has some major issues. First, it's the lack of maintenance. Most of the equipment needs some serious attention. The treadmills do not work, the hot water showers do not work, the bathroom is covered in mold and are never cleaned or supplied. It took three weeks to replace the toilet paper and soap. Equipments has failed multiple times and she refuses to acknowledge it. Secondly, the air ventilation/circulation, it's extremely difficult to breathe in the summer because there is no circulation of air. Third, fall has barely started and we are approaching winter. The gym is cold and Juya refuses to turn on the heat. The rear door to the track is open every morning when it's below 40F! The gym is cold as is, opening the door makes it worse!   Gym and fitness center is for those 18 and older. You signed up as a swim member only and did not have permission to enter the gym but proceed to use they gym profusely. After being caught and asked to leave, you disputed the charges to get your money back after already using the facilities. This is dishonest behavior.
