  Called for a general cleaning and the first impression was good.<br><br>The person handling scheduling was clear about timing and what would be covered.<br><br>Found them after asking around in Lyndhurst for someone reliable. On the day they got started quickly and moved through the whole place without wasting time. Kitchen and floors came out really clean and they didn't skip the spots I usually forget about. The rate was reasonable for how thorough it was. Setting up a regular visit was simple after that.

  My biggest issue was the buildup in the bathrooms and the kitchen that regular cleaning just wasn't touching anymore. The tile had that dingy look no matter how much I scrubbed and the grout was a lost cause in my mind. I decided to try a deep clean and see if it could be saved before looking into replacing anything. They came out and spent a solid chunk of time on those areas specifically since I told them that was the main concern. By the time they finished the grout was back to an actual color instead of gray and the shower glass was clear again. The kitchen got the same treatment, including behind the stove where grease had built up for who knows how long. I didn't realize how much of it was just dirt until it was gone. They were straightforward the whole time about what they could and couldn't fix, no overpromising. The price matched the quote and lined up with the amount of work involved. I ended up booking them again to keep it from getting to that point again.

  the woman who answered was easy to talk to, no pushy sales stuff just told me what they do and what it would cost. scheduled me for that same week which i wasnt expecting. two cleaners came in, super polite, asked if there were any rooms i wanted them to focus on. i pointed out the kitchen and the master bath since those were the worst. they spent real time on both. didnt rush through it like some places do where they basically just wipe surfaces and call it done. when they finished the house smelled clean but not in that fake heavy perfume way. floors were dry by the time i walked through. paid the same amount i was quoted, no surprise add ons. ill be having them back monthly

  Our place had gotten away from us after a long stretch of work travel and a sick kid back to back. The kitchen was the worst part, grease buildup on the stove hood, crumbs in places I didn't want to think about, and the grout in there had gone from light gray to something closer to brown. I'd been putting off finding someone because I wasn't sure who actually does the deeper stuff versus just a quick wipe down. Got a few quotes from places that service Rutherford and EM came back the most straightforward, no upsell talk, just told me what they'd handle. The team that came spent real time on the kitchen, the hood looks new, and the grout is back to a normal color. Bathrooms got the same treatment. They asked before moving anything heavy which I appreciated. Booking them again before the holidays.

  Booking was straightforward. I filled out a form on their site, got a reply the same day with some questions about the size of our place and what we were looking for, and had a price within a couple of hours. No back and forth or weird upselling. The team came on a Thursday morning and there were two people. They started upstairs and worked their way down, which made sense because we could stay out of their way pretty easily. The bathrooms got a lot of attention, which is exactly what I wanted since those are the rooms that build up grime the fastest. Our kitchen floor had this sticky residue near the stove that I could never fully get rid of, and whatever they used took care of it. One thing that stood out was how quiet they were about it. No loud music, no yelling between rooms, just working. The whole thing felt very low-disruption which matters when you work from home. Place smelled fresh for days after.
