  I called to inquire about having my tax return prepared and was very disappointed with the experience. From the moment she answered the phone, her tone was unpleasant. When I asked about pricing, she said she doesn't give prices, which I understood.<br><br>However, she then asked how much I currently pay and why I wanted to change accountants. I don't believe those questions were appropriate, especially since I was only trying to understand her availability and general process. When I mentioned that I had paid $200 with my current accountant, she laughed and repeatedly said she was "out of my range," in a very dismissive way.<br><br>I found this extremely unprofessional. I am absolutely willing to pay more for quality service, but being laughed at and spoken to that way is unacceptable. Customer service matters, and unfortunately this interaction left a very poor impression.

We recently had an assistant in training answering calls, and it is clear that our standards for professionalism and courtesy were not met during your interaction.
