I was extremely disappointed by the rude and disrespectful way I was treated at your bagel store. I politely asked to use the restroom, and instead of receiving a simple explanation, I was met with an unnecessary attitude and an unprofessional response.<br>There is a respectful way to speak to people, even when refusing a request, and your behavior completely lacked basic courtesy and decency. The way you handled the situation reflected very poorly on your business and showed a shocking lack of customer service and human respect.<br>I understand businesses can have policies, but arrogance and disrespect are never acceptable. A simple polite explanation would have been enough. Instead, your behavior was dismissive and embarrassing..<br>Unfortunately, this happened with the owner.

We have a sign that states no public bathroom. Then You asked my employees to use restroom a they told you no public bathroom . I then came to front to fix a tablet that wasn't working and you asked me "hey are you the boss "and I replied yes. then you asked me to use the bathroom and I said no, no public restroom. Then I continued to attempt to fix the tablet. I didn't know I needed to explain further. And other funny thing is you weren't even a customer, you were a UberEats driver picking up a

Finally a place with rainbow bagels. I have not been able to find rainbow bagels and funky flavors for cream cheese in the area for a while. They have Oreo cream cheese, funfetti cream cheese, strawberry, and blueberry as well. It's all great. Thick fluffy bagels. Perfect bread to cream cheese ratio.
