  We are so incredibly grateful for Dr. Pathak and the staff for the wonderful care they have given our beloved dog, Juno. At 17 years old, every day with him is a precious gift, and we truly believe that if it weren't for their dedication, compassion, and excellent care, he would not have made it to 17.<br><br>They have been there for Juno through the years, treating him with kindness, patience, and genuine love. It means so much to know that he has been in such caring hands.<br><br>Thank you to the entire team for everything you have done for Juno and for our family.

  I've been bringing my dog to Dr. Pathak for the past five years, since his puppy days. Dr. Pathak is professional, direct, and genuinely cares about his patients. The staff is always friendly, and we've consistently received great care.

  I am thankful to have found Dr Pathak he saved my fur baby when she was suffering with having seizures. He is knowledgeable, professional and fair. He is very caring when it comes to her health. She no longer has seizures and is very healthy because of him. The staff is wonderful and kind. I am very thankful!

  I was quoted one price for my dog's visit, but when I returned to pick up my dog, the final bill was more than $600 higher than what I was originally told. I was not given a clear explanation or advance notice about the additional charges. I found the billing process confusing and felt that communication about costs was not transparent. I was also disappointed by how my concerns were handled when I questioned the bill. Based on my experience, I would encourage other pet owners to ask for a detailed written estimate before authorizing treatment.
