I was racially profile by the manager Ricardo Diaz He said that I smoked in the room I was in And put me on the banned list for me not to be able to book with them again mind you I did not damage anything in the room or go against any of their policy guidelinesi am a truck driver. I cannot smoke period but the the room wasn't that bad I wasn't gonna complain at all, they also have little bugs in the room in the bathroom/closet area like spiders and earwigs

Prior to making this decision, our Head of Housekeeping inspected the room and reported finding a vaping device, an odor consistent with marijuana that appeared to have been covered with cologne, which is not permitted

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We take our guests' concerns very seriously, and our management team personally inspected the room and found no issue with it. We also offered a room change in an effort to make things right, but unfortunately, that option was declined.<br>As the reservation was made through a third-party booking site, the applicable reservation and cancellation policies remained in effect. It Ok for a night stay...<br>Cons: Watch your way to the entrance to this hotel.... (it's right on highway where cars are going 45+), be careful... and Exit too<br>It's a weird design to accommodate horizontal patch of land.<br>Low quality and quantity of toiletries

Just ok to stop-sleep-move on to onward destination. If you get the good price.<br>Bases on the building and location sits at an awkward exit- you speed in the route and exit uphill - careful and listen to your navigation.<br>Feels more like an upgraded motel- but rooms are just ok. Breakfast are simple and ok.
