Misleading. They don't mention on their site that they only lend 50% of land value.

Our website clearly states that we offer loans up to 75% loan-to-value.<br><br>We lend against a variety of asset classes and the maximum leverage can vary depending on the property type, location, market conditions, and overall transaction.<br><br>We would be happy to discuss your transaction in greater detail.
