I was super excited to move forward with Bergen Lawn Care as a new homeowner in my first season of lawn care and maintenance. I read up on how this is the perfect time of year to start new growth for the summer so I was very much so looking forward to this process and getting it started quickly.<br><br>I first reached out for a quote on a Friday. He called back got my info and said he could stop by that day. After never reaching back out after that point, he randomly pops up on my property on a Sunday morning and helps himself to a look around the yard (I only noticed bc I happened to head to the bathroom and noticed a man in the backyard). I should have heeded this first warning signal of the communication gap. I greeted him and he let me know who he was. From there walked me through prices and services.<br><br>I reach out a couple hours later and let him know I would like to move forward. I used this service once in the fall for a leaf clean up. The guys were very quick and professional. However, I called and texted multiple times over the course of 2 weeks to try to set up services for the spring and no one ever responded. I guess they are to busy, but a response would have been nice.
