This place has really gone down hill. Used to be a regular here when I worked in the area, came in today to find out all the original staff that was excellent is no longer here, and it seems to be all new staff and management. New manager has no customer service skills whatsoever, and drinks are subpar. Avoid this location at all costs.

This new staff doesn't care * blank stares * long lines * 30 mins to wait for a simple coffee and never got it * they forgot my order last time * they could care less for anyone* dirty counters entire store * 4th time they did this exact thing to me! * I AM DONE W THIS LOCATION * trash service

manager is horrible....<br>all the good employees are gone<br>the place went to sh** in a year. The service is really bad and you can see the manager yelling at the employees and you can even hear the manager say how much she hates her job. Simple unacceptable. Not sure how this place is still running or hasn't gotten a decent manager to run it at least. Starbucks, do better!!

The worst Starbucks you can go to. Always slow, no matter how not busy they are. 20+ min to receive a burnt item, that they told me they can redo but it will be "burnt or frozen". Staff is PAINFULLY slow and inneficient. They always switch them around and bring new people in, who are somehow equally bad. Unfortunately it is the only Starbucks near my work so had to go there more times than i would like, but never again.
