    leased my car from you last year and still haven't been able to reach anyone through any channel. I've tried calling the number on your website (it doesn't work), texting, checking Yelp, and using the Volvo app. I also tried using the quick chat feature online to get help, and every attempt reroutes directly to East Hanover.<br><br>I tried scheduling my service through the Volvo app as well, and this location doesn't even show up as an option.<br><br>I also tried calling the direct line for my salesperson, and that number doesn't go through either.<br><br>At this point, I'm not sure this location is even operating anymore. I'm leaving this review as a last resort in hopes someone will finally contact me.<br><br>Please update your website with a working phone number. I'm simply trying to schedule service for the vehicle I leased from you

    Worked first with Steve, then Klaus to get an issue with my xc90 resolved. They kept me informed from beginning to end. Their advice and attitudes were top notch.

    This Volvo dealer is awesome. Treated me really well. My SA Aldo was excellent. I definitely recommend this dealership and look for Aldo.

    I took my vehicle in to get a overall look to see if everything was ok. I also had a check engine light. I was told that was an additional cost to diagnose the check engine light. I was ok with paying the additional sum. But when I picked up the vehicle they recommended a part to replace. I asked will that fix the problem. I was told I'm not sure but its a start.<br>I paid to find out the issue and I left still unaware of the reason for the check engine light.
