Joe has been working with us for the past five months. His patience knowledge and Tenacity has landed us the ideal place to live. Joe listened to us on what we were looking for guided us in things we did not need. The truly amazing part is Joe was doing this from his Connecticut office and we live in Florida . Joe did a superb job in advising us how to stage and prepare our home to be sold. He then came up with a comprehensive plan to price and market our home in what has been a challenging market in Northern Ridgefield. Once our home was on the market Joe was relentless in using traditional marketing, social media, and networking to get our house in front of as many buyers as possible. Once we had an offer, Joe worked quickly and efficiently to get to a deal at a the best price possible. Joe's communication skills and care for his clients are second to none and we plan on using Joe for all of our future real estate needs.
