  Ronee was truly a gift for my search. She listened to my goals and then streamlined the process and had accurate information and her own views which helped me with my decision. I am renting now but will be sing her for a purchase in the next year. She knows the area so well it was essential in my landing on a place as I did not know the area well.

  Ronee Cowan was my listing agent. I have sold many homes, five,<br>and had many realtors. Ronee Cowan was a God send. Ronee was excellent from start to finish. I owe a lot to Ronee. She not only sold my home above asking price, she was on point with her suggestions. In the beginning I constantly questioned her. I then decided because of the stress of selling and moving to stop micromanaging her. I let her do her job. She is the best realtor I have ever dealt with. She cares, and is always present for you.
