Horrible, a lot of insects in the room, furniture all detached, air condition noisy and not cooling, linen full of cigarretes holes,you have to do your own room service , continental breakfast consisting in a small pouch of coffee with unknown water source.

i cannot even give it any stars. HORRIBLE HOTEL. We stayed at this hotel on July 2026 and it was discussing. it was roach infested and Rats running all thru the parking lot. They gave us a receipt with the wrong room number and wrong name and Credit card information on it. i asked for a refund and they claim they refunded us 30% of our fees and they actually refunded the credit card number they had on the receipt. i would not recommend anyone to stay at this facility. Horribly staff and the manager has been out of the country per the staff. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This hotel has no redeeming features other than its location. The rooms smell, the walls are dirty, and the bedsheets have inexplicable stains and cigarette burns. There's no drinking water in the rooms. The toilets are cleaner than the rooms. The shower curtains are old and stained. The shower is very small, and the shampoo provided is insufficient. Quality standards should be monitored by relevant government agencies, and hotels that don't meet certain standards should be penalized. A hotel costing $100 per night shouldn't be this mediocre. In Europe and Turkey, you can find 4-star city hotels with breakfast included for this price.
