  my mother and I visited this office to inquire about obtaining a letter from my brother's primary pediatrician. While we have generally had positive experiences here, our most recent visit on June 5, 2025 was disappointing enough that we feel obligated to share our experience. We arrived approximately at 11:30am and we were informed between 11:38-11:45am that we had been checked in and should take a seat in the waiting area. Around 12:20 - 12:30pm, after sitting for nearly an hour, we approached the front desk to ask about the wait time. We were told that we will be called in shortly and that the nurse would be notified. At no point were we informed that the staff would be going to lunch or that there would be a delay. We only learned this ourselves after observing staff leave and later being told there would be approximately a 45 minute wait. Had we been informed about this earlier, we would have made a decision about whether to continue waiting. We were finally called back around 1:1

  I've been been going there for almost 10 years, never had a bad experience with the staff or doctors until today. There's a nurse named Soila, that needs to learn to care for patients. I tried explaining my situation, and she treated me like I was dumb. She thinks she a doctor, but doesn't want to listen or try to help. I left the room feeling completely ignored.
