  My husband and I resided at 222 Christie St. for 2 years and were more than happy with the 1 bedroom apartment and neighborhood. It was our first apartment together and it was given to us with a newly renovated unit with a beautiful balcony. Any maintenance issues were resolved within 3 days and we were always well informed of any work that the building needed to have done. We loved that parking was free and plentiful. Lastly, we were grateful for Peter being so accessible and accommodating during our time there.

  I had a great experience and was especially impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of the management team. They were consistently helpful, courteous and quick to address any maintenance requests or concerns. The property was well maintained and the common areas was always clean. I also appreciated their communication and how they kept residents informed and prioritized safety and community. it's rare to find management team that truly cares. I recommend this property to anyone.

  I was initially hesitant to move into this apartment due to the reviews I had read online. However I can now happily say that we ignored the reviews and were completely surprised by how much we loved this apartment! We lived two great years at the apartments without any major issues. The apartments were incredibly spacious with 4 very large closets to store everything. Our unit in particular had an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances that we loved and had plenty of counter space! Maintenance was always very response as well and would help with any damages/issues. We also never had any issues with bugs or roaches at the apartment (despite what was mentioned online in the reviews). Similarly we never had issues with noise from our neighbors or stolen packages. Although I understand no apartment is perfect and that small issues may always arise, I have to say that for the price and location, I would highly recommend these apartments! You won't regret it!
