Had a pretty bad experience here unfortunately. Rented a trailer for a week and then decided to keep it for a month. At that point he sales rep reached out offering to set up an account (I'm a commercial renter) and even offered for me to buy an older model of the same trailer I rented. Made me an offer to credit back my monthly rental fee if I bought the trailer. Last contact with the rep was on Feb 23rd and he said "no rush, take your time" about returning the rental and buying the older model he offered me. Today I text him about returning the rental only find out that this offer is no longer valid. Spoke to the manager as well trying to persuade them to honor the original offer but no luck. Manager was completely unreasonable. Apparently collecting his rental fee is more important than the customer, refused to credit the fee as originally offered.

1 star is 1 too many for this company. I rented a machine from them which broke down on my property. The machine sat there useless for almost a month which they charged me for. The machine in question was a dingo which at the time were extremely hard to come by so I was forced to wait it out. When I tried to speak with them about the situation they denied the length of time the machine was down and also denied that I was told I wouldn't have to pay for the time it was broken. They LIED!!<br>I finally received a replacement which was on my property for a few days before they came and picked it up without warning because they stated my contract time was up and i would have to pay upfront for more time. They claimed they reached to deal with payment but they did not. More lies. Extremely unethical and terrible to do business with. Stay far away from this company. Cost me thousands of dollars.
