  Lived in the Mayflower building for about 7 years. Didn't have any bad experiences in the building, and it's very close to all of the shops and stores in Englewood. Robert who is the super there was very helpful whenever I needed help with anything.

  I lived at Englewood Properties for 10 years and will always remember my time there positively.<br>- The location is excellent - you're within walking distance of all necessities. If you are into walking for exercise, the wooded neighborhoods behind the buildings are gorgeous. I'd regularly walk 3 or 4 miles and it went by so quickly.<br>- 2 min walk to the bus stop to Port Authority (I commuted to NYC for about a year, bus lines were short compared to neighboring towns).<br>- Robert is the best super ever; he is extremely responsive, hard working, and effective. He also goes out of his way to help the residents out. For example, I'd be dreading hauling a heavy package up to my 3rd floor apt just to open the door and see Robert had already brought it upstairs. A super like that is worth his weight in gold!<br>- Plenty of parking around the building. Heat & water included in rent. No additional charge for garbage pickup. Building is old but very well maintained w/washers and dryers on s

  I lived here for years and never had any problems. Location is great, close to downtown. Apartment size is huge and the building is always well kept and clean. The manager Robert is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend!!!!!!!

  I had great experience here such a good location with library bank store all walking distance. Rob had been very nice and available when we needed.
