You actually feel the workout the next day. This isn't like other studios where they just open up to fit the hype. The instructors know what they are doing, the staff is welcoming and sweet, and honestly you see results quick. 10/10 recommend

My favorite studio in Bergen County! Clean, calming, and always a challenge. The studio itself is absolutely beautiful, the instructors are incredibly well-trained and knowledgeable, and the owner is so kind and welcoming.<br><br>The classes are intimate and focused, so you're able to see and hear the instructor throughout the entire workout. I always leave feeling like I got a true 10/10 workout in. I HIGHLY recommend!

I'm glad this was the spot I picked for my first time doing a heated mat Pilates class! The Employees were amazing, they were so welcoming and supper sweet! I'm definitely revisiting!!

Had such a great experience with Bella! From the moment class started, she created a welcoming and comfortable environment. Her instruction was clear, encouraging, and easy to follow, while still challenging me in all the right ways. I really appreciated how attentive she was to form and technique, making adjustments and offering guidance throughout the session. Bella has a great ability to push you while also making you feel supported and confident. I left feeling stronger, energized, and looking forward to my next class. I highly recommend taking a class with her!
