The staff was kind, but did run into some minor issues, including a missed visit (I called and the visit was immediately covered by another associate). Overall, throughout the majority of the visits I would say that Randi and her team did a wonderful job. Communication was great, and she ensured I was happy with the services. I would recommend the services, but would add, making sure you clearly communicate the needs of the pets, times, walks, and expectations to the extent possible. Again, overall good, I will use the service again!

Randi and her staff take excellent care of our puppy! We are so lucky to have someone to fill in while we are at work.

Used them for cat sitting services. Long story short, just use Rover. Saw the sitters through our petcams. We told them we are a no-shoes household and the sitters wore shoes inside the entire time we were away. We asked them to send photos every day but they didn't until I always asked them first to send the photos. Updates were very terse and one-liners. "Everything is good." No details of how our cats were eating, using the bathroom, how they looked, etc. Always had to ask for more details. Also caught one of the sitters oogling at all of our personal items, photos on the walls, the view from our apartment, etc. Smh. Wanted to give these local guys a shot but the quality of service just isn't there.
