  I can't recommend Emma highly enough. She managed the entire rental process for my Upper East Side apartment while I was outside the United States, and she made everything completely stress-free.<br><br>From the moment my previous tenant moved out, Emma handled every detail. She coordinated repairs, arranged for painting, obtained multiple quotes from contractors to make sure I was getting a fair price and kept me updated with photos and videos throughout the process. She also arranged professional cleaning and took care of all the building application paperwork, so I didn't have to worry about a thing.<br><br>What really impressed me was her dedication. She wasn't just trying to rent out my apartment--she genuinely treated it as if it were her own.
