This Domino's location seriously needs to address its customer service and delivery operation. The wait time was completely unacceptable, and there was little to no communication while I was left waiting for my order.<br><br>After waiting an unreasonable amount of time, the pizza finally arrived cold. Paying for a delivery and receiving cold food after such a long wait is simply unacceptable.<br><br>What made the experience even worse was the customer service. Instead of taking responsibility and making an effort to resolve the issue, the experience left me feeling like my order and my time were not important.<br><br>This is not the level of service customers should expect from a major brand like Domino's. If this location cannot handle its delivery times, keep food hot, and provide basic customer service, management needs to seriously reevaluate how this store is being operated.<br><br>Extremely disappointing. Tell the Hispanic kid with the braids that if he doesn't wanna work a job then he shouldn't apply. Horrible attitude. Every time I come here the order is never ready even though it says it is after a long wait. Do better!
