The bb.q in our name stands for "Best of the Best Quality", and that's exactly what you can expect from every one of our restaurants. Our Korean fried chicken is crispier, juicier, and more tender than anything you've tasted before, and our sauces provide an eclectic mix of flavor. Every dish is the result of both longstanding Korean tradition and modern research and development from our very own Chicken University. It's a tremendous amount of work, but it's all worth it when you take that first bite.

Overcooked dry chicken. I go to other locations almost every other week, I've never had this sad of an experience eating their fried chicken anywhere else. The animal died in vain.

Terrible attitude from cashier who doesn't want to even bother taking orders. Do not go here! Go literally anywhere else.

This place is nothing like the real BBQ Chicken we know. The chicken was extremely dry, and the fries were soggy. It honestly doesn't taste like BBQ Chicken at all--they must be using a completely different recipe or ingredients. Very disappointing. We won't be coming back.

$60 for a small and a medium size fried chicken. U better be some gold chicken for that price point.<br>However it tastes awful, not crispy, the portion is small, and the waiter is very rude. There is a reason why this store is always empty.

Chicken was definitely Not fresh... smelled bad. And it tasted old, and cheap.<br><br>I will never go here again in my life.<br><br>Thanks for the quick answer, i also had fever all Night, and still feel very weak. We were there yesterday sunday 6/28/2026 around 1:30pm I'd say. We did dine in. Hope you guys can correct this...
