I can only comment on the service. I called about making reservations, they told me to come in person. I went in person for reservations at 6:30p and they told me to come back at 5:40-5:50. I went back and they told me the wait was an hour and a half. It was clear they didn't want to service us. I can't comment on the food because we didn't have any.

For a restaurant in a mall, Yard House is surprisingly good. I've been here three times now, and the food has been consistently good every time. The portions are generous, and I've never had to wait too long for my food. The service has also been mostly good. The biggest downside is the noise level. The music is played extremely loud, and the sound echoes so much in the bathroom that it actually made my ears ring. I have no idea why management thinks that volume is acceptable. It's hard to understand how a restaurant can be that loud, especially when you're trying to have a conversation.<br><br>Overall though, the food and service have been reliable, and I'd come back. I just wish they'd turn the music down.

We almost go there every week; we drive about an hour and twenty minutes. The food quality is really good. The price is perfect. I'm definitely going again and would recommend it to everyone.

Popular place. Had to wait 25 minutes for a table. Service was pleasant and friendly. The appetizers were delicious. Loved the crunchy Brussels Sprouts... so good!
