Renting our apartment was a smooth and easy experience. The property manager Debbian was extremely helpful and pleasant throughout the process. She is the best!

What a great experience it has been living at these apartments. Not only is the area great, the apartments and grounds are also incredible. Ever since moving in Debby the property manager and Leroy the super have been so nice and welcoming and very helpful. Although I am moving out to move in with family, I would definitely live here again and recommend this complex.

the leasing office couldn't do anything about the neighbor heavily smoking even though we reached out to them several times continuously. Very disappointed. However, I really appreciated people working at the concierge and maintenance which is why I couldn't give only 1 star.

Windsor Apartments look nice from the outside, but the inside experience has not matched the appearance.<br><br>The laundry room machines do not wash clothes properly, which is frustrating for residents who rely on them. The walls are extremely thin, so noise travels very easily between units.<br><br>Maintenance interactions have felt uncomfortable and unprofessional at times, which makes it difficult to fully relax in your own home. Professionalism and respect should always be a priority in any residential community.<br><br>Future tenants should make sure to thoroughly inspect their specific unit and ask detailed questions before signing a lease.
