Did not inform me they didn't have ultrasound capabilities when I made my first prenatal appointment. When I was finally at the appointment I was informed there would be no ultrasound, which is the whole point of an 8-9 week pregnancy appointment. The nurse asked me "Well did you ask if we had an ultrasound tech when you made the appointment?" Never crossed my mind to ask when their job is prenatal care. My previous OBGYN always did my ultrasounds herself so I was also put off by the fact that the doctor apparently wasn't able to do it herself. The receptionist explained "Our ultrasound tech moved to Florida." Unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Very disappointed.

I had a great experience with Dr Scheff. She was really taking time during appointments to make sure all my questions answered. Im happy with the staff as well, everyone polite and positive. Everything was done on time, i was getting phone calls with my test results sometimes even sooner than promised. I would definitely recommend dr. Scheff to my friends
