  My experience was exceptional from the first phone call with Steven. I did not feel I needed to pursue other companies Steven was so professional & personable. Any questions I had were answered quickly. I needed to sell my house as is rather quickly my husband died suddenly & I had knee replacement all within a month. Dalwin came to my daughter's house as I was unable to get around. I feel Blue Anchor came into my life at the right time. I can't say enough about them. Most important was the fair price I received for my home.

  I had an excellent experience working with Blue Anchor Properties. Selling our property could've been a stressful process but they made it incredibly easy and hassle free from start to finish. Steven was the first to help me in the process, knowledgeable, honest and took the time to explain everything clearly. As the process moved forward Dalwin stepped in and made sure every detail was handled smoothly. He stayed on communication, answered all questions ensured everything staying on track through closing.<br>I appreciated how straightforward they were and transparent.   Dalwin was great to work with throughout a very complicated estate sale process. He stayed communicative, worked hard to get the deal done, and ultimately followed through on his commitments. Whatever challenges came up along the way, I always felt like Dalwin was genuinely trying to find solutions and keep things moving forward. He's capable, responsive, and someone who clearly knows how to get deals across the finish line.

  We recently sold our property to Blue Anchor. The team was very helpful and attentive from start to finish.
