I had a very good experience here. As a lifelong nail biter, my nails usually feel hopeless, but she worked absolute miracles -- they looked not just presentable, but genuinely good. We started right on time, she was pleasant the entire appointment, and she changed anything I asked for with no hesitation. Her space was super clean, the pricing was fair, and the whole service felt really professional. I'll definitely be back.
