  I had a great experience with Sofia when I came in to transfer my phone service a few days ago. She was extremely professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly, handled the transfer very smoothly, and was incredibly patient and friendly. The whole process was much easier and faster than I expected thanks to her. Highly recommend asking for Sofia!

  Monica thank you SO much for your exceptional service. You went above and beyond to get me an emergency phone before my trip. Verizon customer service doesn't come close. Thank you MONICA! I highly recommend this location. 6 stars.

  I got helped by a phenomenal rep named Sofia. She kindly walked us through all of the options and was very patient with us throughout the whole process. We initially weren't committed to making any purchases, but a fantastic deal and great customer service sealed the deal. I was very impressed by her extensive knowledge and excellent service. 5 stars for sure.

  Sorry for the long winded response but it's very necessary.<br>I had the opportunity to visit the T-Mobile store and meet two exceptional employees, Dione, the Store Manager, and Yunnie, a Mobile Expert. I can honestly say that both of them went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.<br>I was dealing with an issue over the phone with a T-Mobile representative, and the process was becoming frustrating and complicated. Yunnie stepped in and immediately started problem-solving. She walked the representative through everything that needed to be done and ultimately helped get the entire issue resolved. Her knowledge, patience, and professionalism were truly top-tier.<br>The process took quite some time, but Yunnie never lost patience nor made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. She knew exactly what she was talking about and remained committed to getting everything completed. She even shared some of her snacks with me at one point because we had been there for such a long ti
