  OFFICALLY OUT OF BUSINESS<br>I WONDER WHY? FOUND OUT YESTERDAY.THERE GOES MY LAWSUIT.<br><br>Highly recommend do not<br>use.Alot My property damage and Missing. Talking big items. How does that happen?<br>Ouoted 5000.00 and finial bill 14,900.00. Wow.<br>So many problems with them too much to type.<br>Never pick up the phone.<br>Thier workers went in to my wife pocketbook and stole credit cards.<br>Some pics below alot MORE.<br>I wonder if the owner will try to get in touch with me

  This is the worst moving company i've ever worked with. They were unprofessional and damaged all of my items just to provide money for shampooing services. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR ITEMS

  TLDR: $675 in bogus, last-minute fees; $600 in missing and damaged furniture; racist and misogynistic employees. No results from engaging with customer service in the 11 months since my move.<br><br>Detailed version:<br><br>The movers arrived hours late on Friday. I met one of them, Eric, at the loading dock and we rode up in the elevator. We didn't even get all the way to my apartment from the elevator and Eric informed me that it's a "long haul," and charged me more than $300 because my apartment was so far from the elevator. Eric also made multiple comments about how his boss is Jewish and "all about the money." It was a long distance move from DC to NYC and I was taking the train while the movers drove my things north over the weekend: Eric asked how much they "raped" me for the last-minute train ticket. I paid the extra fees and got on the train; the movers left on the truck with my things.<br><br>On Monday morning, the movers call to say they've arrived at my apartment in NYC. Er

  This was the worst moving experience I've ever had, and I've moved a lot in and around NYC. I never expect moving to go smoothly or be stress-free, and I am always ready to lose an item or two in the process.<br><br>First, they cancelled my move the morning of, then came 4 hours late the next day.<br><br>I paid for packing service because I have a lot of fragile and valuable/sentimental kitchen items, twin babies at home, a busy work schedule, and a short timeline to move. The packing person dumped everything in large boxes with almost not packing paper. Glassware was underneath pots and pans, a tomato and banana were under baking sheets, my entire spice shelf was lowered into a box, not secured, and then the box was moved upside down after several bottles had cracked.<br><br>EVERY SINGLE piece of furniture I owned was damaged, except for my sofa and kitchen table. Despite me asking them MULTIPLE times, they only wrapped the top half of each piece with blankets and then dragged the fur

  RUN!!!! They absolutely destroyed everything I owned.<br>$10,000 white sofa is covered in stains and glue. $5,000 marble coffee table is shattered. TV, that they changed $150 to pack, had a step ladder packed between the screen and the box! It's ruined. $2,800 office chair is scratched badly. Dinner table is ruined. Every single box is smashed.<br><br>They said my best bet was to file a home owners insurance claim, guess what, they don't cover it! I literally have to pay someone to come and take this stuff to the dump now. I would have been better off throwing it away where I lived.<br><br>They also almost doubled the price after they loaded items in the truck.
