Professional and friendly staff. We were traveling and staying at a nearby hotel and my wife's ring has been stuck for a few weeks and became increasing painful. We tried all the trick online to get it off but no luck. We dropped by this store for help. The solo staff was very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. He patiently took his time and making sure my wife was not in too much discomfort and finally saw the ring off. Despite spending quite some time, he did not want to charge us. We highly recommend to give this store a look.

This family business is one of the few left that is honest, trustworthy. I had my engagement ring sized and another piece of jewelry fixed by them. They were very professional and helpful., and their prices very reasonable. This is my goto jewelers.
