Terrible company. Been using them for 18 years for home owners. Unfortunately had to file 2 claims this year for water damage to my home. They just sent me a notice of non -renewal after paying them for 18 years. So if you actually need to use the insurance , they cut you off. Well 2 can play at that game. I'll be sending them a notice of non renewal of my car insurance I have had with them for decades (2 cars). Don't get much for customer loyalty these days. Avoid this company.

James was very helpful throughout the process of obtaining two insurance policies for a one night event we're hosting at a third-party facility. He explained the coverage needed and was responsive in answering any questions I had.

I was shocked to see the increase in my homeowner's insurance. I stopped by the B&L office just to get some information and also to update a different policy. James provided explanations as to the increase in insurance rates. He also showed me options to hopefully lower the cost. With his advice I was able to significantly lower my premium. It was an unexpected pleasure. I would highly recommend this office for their personalized care.

Adam was introduced to me by a mutual acquaintance. Was I happy for that. I moved from NJ to FL 3 months ago and car insurance is beyond belief down here. There is much less choice as many Insurance Companies have fled FL. As a result agents are doing you a favor talking with you. Have you experienced agents taking their time getting back to your' messages? Adam is quick. Adam is efficient and handles your questions expediently.
