  My last couple of experiences here have been disappointing.<br><br>During a previous visit, my nails were shaped inconsistently and looked noticeably different from one another. When I pointed it out, my concern didn't feel like it was taken seriously.<br><br>On this visit, I was asked to pay and select a tip before my services were completed. I later noticed other customers paying after their appointments, so it felt uncomfortable to be asked to follow a different process. Since my manicure was already dry and I was still receiving my pedicure, I would have been perfectly able to pay at the end.<br><br>I will say that in the past I've had pedicures from the Latina technician, and her work is exceptional. She is thorough, professional, and gives one of the best pedicures I've had. Unfortunately, my last few overall experiences at the salon have not matched that level of service.

  "I had a very bad experience at this nail salon. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. The customer service was disappointing, and her attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. People go to a salon to relax and enjoy good service, not to be treated disrespectfully. I would not recommend this place and definitely will not be coming back."

  I really wanted to ignore the other reviews and try this place out on my own since I'm only a walk away from my apartment, but I don't think I'll be back.<br><br>If I do come back, it'll only be for a pedicure because that was the only thing that turned out nice and didn't chip.<br><br>I spent over $107+ for a pedicure and gel extension nails and I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of the gel polish. Within a day my gel chipped off my nails and not even a week later, 3 nails had chips in them.<br><br>Usually my nails last me for several weeks but now I have to get them redone.

  I came here last Sunday before I went to a destination wedding and now that I've gone here I will definitely never return. About the only positive thing I can say is that they were close by and open on Sunday.<br><br>I called and asked if they had time and they told me if I came right away they could. I live about a 5 minute drive away but naturally it still takes a moment for a person to gather their things before they head out. She called like 4 minutes later nagging at me asking me where I was when it was nowhere close to 11 am when her other appointment was set to come. I should've just canceled right there because it set the tone for the whole visit.<br><br>I came in and one of the younger ladies got to work on my toes. She was sweet, super nice and did a great job. My toes held up perfectly on vacation and didn't chip at all.<br><br>As for the two old ladies who run the shop? Both of them were so rude.   It's such a shame because honestly I felt relaxed going to this place, but God forbid you forget your tip money or don't tip them they will snap at you.The first time I came I tipped them and it was fine and dandy but the second time when I came with my mom, and I forgot my tip money at home the bigger lady started giving me an attitude and started talking to me rudely. My mom has been going there for years and always tipped but if you forgot or don't it's the end of the world. How unprofessional and disrespectful. Honestly if I'm already paying this much money for my nails you're gonna get mad cause I couldn't give you a dollar extra as a tip?! That shows that they need more money such a shame. Money hungry it's sad. Acting like 2 extra dollars is going to make them rich. Tips shouldn't be required and if that's the case then they should have put a sign up.. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU THEY ARE GREEDY.
