  Unfortunately, this was not a good experience for me. I had to end my service prematurely because I became concerned that the final result would not meet the standard I was expecting.<br>I've been getting Russian manicures regularly for over 10 years, so I'm very familiar with the technique and the level of detail that should go into the service. Unfortunately, I did not feel that my service reflected that level of experience or attention to detail.<br>As a business owner myself, I understand that everyone has different levels of experience, and I'm always willing to give someone a chance. However, I do believe it's important to be transparent about your skill level and take pride in the work you provide.<br>I'm disappointed that I spent $80 and ultimately had to stop the service before it was completed. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps improve the experience for future clients.

  I have been going to this salon for a few months now and I can confidently say that it is one of the best salons I have been to in New Jersey. I am very happy with my nail technician Dina, she is the best, and I am very happy to be her client, Dina is simply the best!

  I recently visited this nail salon and had a disappointing experience. During my appointment, I asked if I could get my eyebrows done and was told that the person who does eyebrows wasn't there. I then asked, "Isn't Dina the one who does them?" and was told that I would need to wait for the wax to warm up.<br>While the staff were discussing the situation, I turned around and noticed Dina displaying what seemed like an attitude. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer.<br>What made the experience even more frustrating was my attempt to contact the salon afterward. I called to find out when the owner would be returning, but my calls went unanswered. Surprisingly, I only received an answer when I called from a different phone number.<br>Customer service is very important to me, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations. Based on how I was treated and the lack of professionalism, I will not be returning. I hope management takes customer concerns more

  I absolutely loved my nails, and the service from the girls was a 10/10! The salon is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. They also have a waiting area, which is perfect if you come with someone. Highly recommend!
