  I started doing pilates over 20 years ago - and it was never like this. Both Adam and Bora are experienced, sensitive, and supportive. I love the one-on-one lessons and I feel like whatever I did before, it was not really Pilates! This is Pilates! I highly recommend for anyone at any level!!

  I'm so glad to have found this Pilates studio and started one-on-one sessions here I recently moved from NYC where I had been going to trendy, group exercising classes, but only realized that I had been missing the essence of Pilates after the individual attention I received here. I really appreciate the classically trained, warm and kind teachers, and so excited to deepen my training here.

  I've finally found what real Pilates feels like! The classes are tough, but I always leave feeling refreshed and stronger.<br><br>The instructor Bora is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. Her careful guidance and focus on proper form have made Pilates feel less like exercise and more like therapy. Highly recommend!

  Our instructor Bora is very patient and knowledgeable - she explains the body movement that is easy to follow even for people not familiar with pilates and patiently guides us through every pose. She is funny and encouraging which makes the classes fun!

  I've been taking private lessons with Bora for the past three months, and she has been amazing! Since my goal is to enter the Romana's instructor training program, I needed a more personalized and focused approach that would help me prepare for the assessment while also addressing my weaknesses.<br><br>Bora brings that focused and individualized approach to every lesson. She has a great eye for identifying areas that need improvement and help me challenge them while building a stronger foundation. Her instruction is thoughtful, encouraging and tailored to my goals.<br><br>With each session, I feel stronger, more confident, and better prepared for the next step in my Pilates journey. I highly recommend Bora to anyone looking for knowledgeable, attentive, and truly dedicated instruction!
