The staff saw someone cut into the line and still helped him before me. Staff is super slow, so I just walked out. I've been here a few times, there was a young guy who is helpful and friendly. But the past two times I came here the experience was awful.

There was a fly in the glass dome that holds the food, so I let staff know, they were ignoring me until I repeated myself maybe about 3 times. Then was met with nasty faces, not directed at the gross fly, but that i was interrupting their conversation and was met with attitude. Sucks since I took the train from the next town over since I was excited to try paris baguette for the first time

A waste of $8!! I ordered an iced s'mores latte with almond milk and received ice, watered down chocolate syrup, a smudge of stay puft, NO ESPRESSO and crumbs of graham crackers. No almond milk added either and I was charged for it. It looked like muddy ice water and tasted just like it. Paris baguette held a good reputation and this was disgusting; I couldn't believe it. It's something a child would've made playing with random items in the kitchen. Chocolate syrup and water. Shameful! Train your staff better! If you're out of something say so, stop handing out crap and wasting peoples money. Explains why everyone before me ordered a refresher. Unfortunately for me I was too far on the highway to turn back and request a refund. Do better! To add, your workers looked miserable and robotic; barely any options on the shelves.
