    I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. I had been coming here for 10 years and considered this one of my go-to places for oil changes. I trusted them with my beloved high-mileage car, which had over 130,000 miles.<br><br>I was having an issue with oil consumption, and the person performing my oil change confidently recommended an engine flush, assuring me that it would help solve the problem. Because I had trusted this shop for years, I agreed to pay extra for the service.<br><br>Unfortunately, my car has not been the same since. After doing my own research and speaking with others, I learned that engine flushing on older, high-mileage vehicles can carry risks and is not recommended. I'm extremely upset that this service was recommended so confidently without adequately explaining the potential risks.<br><br>I have now spent close to $1,000 trying to diagnose and repair problems with my car since the flush, and I may end up having to spend significantly more--o
