Been coming here for years and every time I'm more and more disappointed. To begin, I'd like to say that all these issues seem to stem from the fact that there is ONE employee on duty at any given time for the entire store, including for the wash and dry services. Severe understaffing. I've never seen more than one person working there at a time in all my weekly visits. Laundry was not this stressful of a chore before this became my closest laundromat. Place is always a little grungy, which is passable for a laundromat, but the washers ALWAYS smell terrible even after I finish a load. My clean laundry shouldn't smell like the washing machines gross odor. And it's a consistent gross odor at EVERY machine I've used. Also, any time I use the dryers my stuff ends up FULL of hair that isn't mine. Like clumps of hair that clearly aren't the same colour as mine, all througout my freshly cleaned & dried laundry. Sometimes they ball up onto themselves into weird little hair pills. The machines

They do a really good job with the wash and fold service for a really good price. Very convenient, and the staff is very polite.

This place is great. The staff is friendly, and the turn around time is real fast if you use drop off. You get fresh smelling folded laundry. You can't ask for more.
