  Absolutely Amazing! I called this company because of the recommendation of a friend. It was without question, the best choice in making the call.<br>We had a yellow jacket infestation in the siding and they ended up getting into the house.<br>I read on the website that this is a family operated business.<br>I called, and the following day, Mike and Storm arrived just when they said they would.<br>When they arrived, there was no guess work. They were knowledgeable and professional and knew exactly what to do. They addressed the problem at a reasonable cost.<br>We were really stressed because of the infestation, and their kind manner put us at ease. They treated us like a member of the family.<br>I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future if there was a need and I highly recommend them to anyone that is experiencing an issue with pest control.<br>Look no further, you won't be disappointed.<br>Rich and Cathy Lombardi

  I've used Mike for literally decades and I've never even thought of calling anyone else. He and his son could not be any nicer and completely professional. I recently had to use their services again for a persistent bug problem. They came, assessed the situation and we had a treatment plan in place. They returned for the treatment and I haven't seen a single bug since! Over the years Mike has helped me with bees, ants, woodpeckers and mice. I have never had to call him back for the same problem in two decades. Their experience and knowledge tempered with their calm kindness is priceless. I've always called in a panic over whatever I've been dealing with and they come and I instantly realize it's going to be fine. They know exactly what the problem is, how to deal with it and get it done. Would never think of using anyone else!

  I just want to say, they are the friendliest father/son team. No one wants to have to call an exterminator but they helped me with a bird situation where they kept coming in through a vent pipes and trying to build a nest. The vent cover had been broken off and they replaced it and let me know to contact them should the birds come back. Less than a year later just as nesting season starts again for the birds they learned to flip the cover and squeeze through. They came back to add on little screens to prohibit the birds from entering the vent. They stand behind their work 100%. I hope not to need their services very soon but if I do, I know who to call!
