Went to a comedy show that was also a fundraiser. I didn't realize that meant an hour of speeches and appeals before the comedian. Also a video was shown in a foreign language but the screen wasn't high enough so one could not see or read the sub-titles.

The Jewish Center of Teaneck has inspired me to become a better person. Not only does their prayers start on time, and on the dot, they are always trying to serve Gd with their utmost strength. Their security guards switch shifts by the month, so they stay up for months at a time, and in their free time, they go back to the army. At lunch, they have an ice cream machine, which no longer works as the one free sample that everyone gets is around a pound each. The vibe of the building gives off a scary, run down place, however on the inside, it <was> the same. Due to the skills of fundraising, they were able to do construction and fixed the floors, walls, and classrooms in a three day span. Thanks to the great work of Yashar Home Services, they got it done faster than a bullet. The gym is off the hook. Rented by elite basketball teams, as well as the home team. The Jewish Center of Teaneck changed my life. Every day when I walk in the door for the morning prayers I instantly become so inspired by the Torah environment. I especially want to give a special thanks to the rabbi who always greets me with a warm smile whenever he sees me. It is a great place to host any simchas because of the great ball-room. if you are looking for a Synagogue for the Jewish prayers I highly suggest going there.
