Awful customer service. I had to reach out several times for help and she always seemed to be too busy. It ended up going elsewhere and had amazing service.

I popped in unannounced one day, while they were extremely busy. The woman working there was so accommodating and extremely helpful. I will return in the future and will make sure to schedule an appointment.

We called looking for information on a upcoming party but the person we spoke with was not friendly and was condescending It seemed like she was doing us a favor even though we were trying to give her business.<br>A bad attitude on the phone so we went elsewhere.

I am not sure if this business is good or not but the one thing that I know for certain is that the person who answers the phones SHELLY is absoltuely the ruddest person I have ever spoken too. When I called it seemed she was angry just upon answering the phone, and then when I wanted to ask her a question she jumped down my throat and started yelling at me because she said she was rushing to an engagment. It was extremly unprofessional and teribbly rude! Shame on you Shelly get another job if a customer can not even ask you as simple question about baloons.

Even in the middle of a pandemic, completely committed to their customers, super easy to work with, fully attentive to detail, on time, with a kind and friendly driver to hand-off birthday balloons. So grateful for their service! They allowed us a little bit of "normal" as we go through COVID-19 craziness.
