We now have two locations - Fort Lee and Edgewater. You can visit Pure Bliss Yoga - Edgewater for google directions to our new location. Newly expanded, and still down to earth yoga studio to lift you up. Literally - we now offer aerial yoga too with sweeping views over the Hudson River from our Edgewater location! Many of our events are inspired by and fuse our love of yoga, art and the great outdoors. Classes for all levels, beginners through advanced. In addition to vinyasa yoga, we also offer specialty classes, such as aerial yoga, kids yoga, prenatal yoga and restorative yoga. Teacher Training and Advanced Practitioner / Continuing Education classes for yoga instructors available. Classes 7 days/week.

Great class by Brian. Calm voice and demeanor. Added some more advanced moves at the end which I really appreciated. Will be back for sure.

I've been coming to Pure Bliss Yoga for red light therapy for the past two months, and it's been a great experience. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and I've noticed a real improvement in my overall well-being.<br><br>I also love the yoga classes, especially with Patty. She's a wonderful instructor, and I always leave her classes feeling relaxed, stronger, and refreshed. Highly recommend Pure Bliss Yoga!

After several years at Pure Bliss Yoga, I can confidently say it's one of the most supportive yoga communities in the neighborhood. The teachers are skilled, caring, and inclusive, each bringing something special to their classes. The students are just as welcoming, making it a positive and comfortable space for practitioners of all levels.

I absolutely loved everything I learned in this yoga studio. The teachers are exceptional professionals knowledgeable, patient, and very friendly. The classes are thoughtfully structured, making it easy to follow and truly enjoyable. I feel more confident in my practice and have gained not only physical strength and flexibility but also mental clarity and inner calm. I highly recommend this yoga studio to anyone looking to deepen their yoga journey!
