Team USA Taekwondo Fitness teaches both Olympic style Taekwondo and traditional Taekwon-Do in addition to Kickboxing, MMA and a variety of fitness classes. We are the longest operating school in Fort Lee. For over 29 years, Team USA TKD Fitness has also demonstrated to be one of the best Taekwondo schools in the United States. We have produced national champions, international champions and Olympic athletes including, four time WT USA National Team member, Merissa Pico and 2012 Olympian, Kenneth Edwards. We are dedicated to teaching each student to achieve their personal goals through Taekwondo training. Students must earn their belts. Students will Increase Focus, Fitness, Self-control, build Self Confidence and learn Self Defense.

the kickboxing classes are a great way to get shredded for the summer. Classes are small, Mr. Bernard is an Olympic Coach, and my entire body is sore.

My son has been attending Taekwondo classes here for a few years. Master Bernard is an excellent coach. I highly recommend his school.

I have trained with Master Bernard since 2007, he has had the greatest impact on my life as a competitor, taking all the time and giving all the care in the world as a coach (He never sees limitations). He sets very high standard and always great the environment and system to make sure each individual maximises on there potential.<br><br>The great relationship he create with his students is also first class. I have often gone to seesion hesitantly ( because i get lazy sometimes) and leave so happy that i didnt miss it.<br><br>Thank you Master B for always providing a safe, healthy and respectful atmosphere for every session
